DESCRIPTION:A Shamanic Journey into the Heart of Nature\nThis workshop is a
 bout how to personally experience and become an aspect of Nature – and l
 earn from your own experiential wisdom of what Nature will teach.  I have 
 trained &amp\; led groups in this work for many years and have developed a
  specialized body of knowledge. I will use a technique called Ecstatic Tra
 nce Postures to allow people to easily attain an altered state of consciou
 sness through the biological doorway of a specific body posture that opens
  up to a consistent form of content. I will explain this method\, its comp
 lete safety (when you step outside of the posture\, you break the trance s
 tate – and you can go back into it again at any time) induced through hi
 gh speed rattling that allows the left hemisphere of the brain to be block
 ed and the right hemisphere to enter a trance state.  Like a muscle\, this
  work can be reclaimed through kinesthetic body awareness\, visionary seei
 ng\, auditory hearing or even through smell sometimes – or all of them t

 ures and more.\n\nI will explain general principles of what to do and what
  to expect in this form of visionary trance state.  I will create a sacred
  space with smudge\, rattle\, etc.   People will have the opportunity to s
 hare after the exercise\, which will enrich the group experiences and ofte
 n can confirm what they are feeling\, seeing or hearing.\n\nI have learned
  Shamanic Healing and Journeying from various teachers over 20 years and h
