Understanding who you are begins with a cultivated curiosity. This workshop will explain why it is helpful to spend the time to nurture a deeper sense of yourself to empower you with greater self-responsibility to create your preferred reality. Awareness and consciousness philosophies to how to ground your spiritual growth, including the Earth, will be explored. From learning different forms of meditation alone or with a group, to investigating the darker, unconscious or shadow side of the self to gain greater clarity, psychotherapeutic principles, soul healing, integrating Homesteading Lifestyle Living Principles will be introduced.
